How to Brew High Mountain Oolong
High Mountain Oolong is Qi Aerista's Tea of the Month for January. This long, strip-style hand-plucked oolong is grown at high elevation of 1,250 meters/4,100 feet in Dapu County of Guangdong Province, China.
To brew the perfect cup using our Qi Aerista IoTea Brewer, we first add 3 grams/0.1 oz of tea leaves inside the infuser.
Since we are brewing oolong, we select the oolong setting on Qi Aerista. The default oolong settings are 90C/194F for 3 minutes. Of course, you can always customize the temperature and time as you like via the Qi Aerista app.
After 3 minutes of brewing time, the tea leaves become well soaked to release the beautiful tea flavors.
A lovely cup of hot oolong is now ready for you!
