How to change your shipping address/phone number on Kickstarter / Indiegogo
For our backers on Kickstarter or Indiegogo for our smart tea brewer, some of you are not sure how to view/update your address/phone number on Kickstarter or Indiegogo. So here's a summary:
Kickstarter:
1. Log into your Kickstarter account on your computer.
2. Select our project in your list of backed projects
3. Click on "View Pledge"
4. Click on "Survey" that is located between the "Reward" tab and the "Messages” tab
5. View/Change your address/phone number.
Indiegogo:

After pressing the “view pledge” button, I don’t go to the screen with the “view survey” button. Sorry but I must be doing something incorrectly. Maybe because I don’t see how to sign into my account. Need whatever help you can give me please. I’m backer #646 if that helps any.
