Schedule & Order Fulfillment:

Brewer:

We ship brewer orders within 2 working days of receiving them. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Tea Club: 

  • If you placed your order on or before the 15th day of the month, your Tea Club will be shipped out to your destination on the 16th of that month.
  • If you placed your order between the 16th day to the end of the month, your Tea Club will be shipped out to your destination on the first day of the following month.  

Example:

  1. I ordered a Tea Club on January 5. Shipping of this order will be on January 16.
  2. I ordered a Tea Club on January 20. Shipping of this order will be on February 1.

Note: If the scheduled shipping date falls on a holiday, it will be immediately processed on the following working day.

Artisan Teas:

We ship tea only orders within 2 working days of receiving them. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

We will process your subsequent payments according to your prepaid billing cycle on the same day as your initial order.

Note: If our initial billing date falls between 29th to 31st, subsequent billing dates maybe adjusted based on the length of that month.

Example:

  1. I ordered a 1-month recurring Tea Club on January 5. My next billing date will be on February 5.
  2. I ordered a 3-month recurring Tea Club on January 31. My next billing date will be on April 30.

For our teas, standard shipping usually takes 7-30 days. 

For our smart brewer, shipping usually takes 3-7 days for expedited delivery and 10-30 days for standard delivery. 

Exact delivery times vary and depend on destination and actual logistics processing times. Additional delays may be experienced during busy shipment times (e.g. Christmas period).

 

Free Shipping & Shipping Fees

Yes! Shipping is free for tea orders over $25 to the following countries:

  • Asia: China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom
  • North America: Canada, Mexico, USA
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be applied upon package arrival in accordance with the terms set by the delivery service provider.

No. Shipping costs depend on destination and will be determined at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be applied upon package arrival in accordance with the terms set by the delivery service provider.

Customers will solely be responsible for any tax or import duties that may be required when the shipment arrives in your country.

If you order more than 1 Smart Brewer, you will only be charged with the shipping cost of 1 Smart Brewer. Please note that this special shipping fee only applies to deliveries to the same address.

    International Shipping

    We offer free shipping to many countries for our tea orders. Please find our free shipping destination in the Free Shipping section above.

    For our brewer, exact shipping costs will be determined at checkout. Extra charges apply for expedited shipping. 

    If tea is ordered along with the brewer, no additional shipping charges for the tea for selected countries.

    Shipment Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where you can check your shipment.

    Please note that full end-to-end tracking may not be available for certain countries via standard shipping routes.
