We have considered the travelling ruthless in designing our packaging for the products. But unfortunately things do go wrong in unexpected ways. If you had received a damaged product, please shoot us an email at support@qiaerista.com and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

We offer a limited 1-year warranty for our Qi Aerista Smart Tea Brewer. Details of our warranty can be found here.

We will offer one (1) year warranty service from the date of email registration through our email: support@qiaerista.com within the limit of the conditions set in our warranty policy. The email registration is regarded as completed if the following information has been provided

  • (a) name;
  • (b) email address;
  • (c) mailing address;
  • (d) contact number;
  • (e) date of receiving the product; and
  • (f) invoice/order number.
