How to Brew Teh Tarik (Malaysian Milk Tea)
Teh Tarik (literally "pulled tea") is a popular hot milk tea beverage most commonly found in Southeast Asian countries of Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Its roots can be traced to Indian Chai.
Teh Tarik's name is derived from the pouring process of "pulling" the drink during preparation, which gives it a characteristically frothy appearance and smooth sweet taste.
Teh Tarik's ingredients are incredibly simple, but the brewing process can be complicated.
