FAQ - Qi Aerista Artisan Tea Club

  • Subsequent deliveries of Tea Club will be shipped to you one month after the last shipment.
  • Subscription renewals will be charged to your card based on your payment cycle.
  • Notification via email of charges and shipments will be sent to you monthly.

The quality of our tea is mainly the most important feature. The teas we chose are high grade, real Chinese teas and each teas we selected need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Unique. The teas must be unique in certain cherished aspect (e.g. their tea type, sensory profile, harvest year, etc.)
  2. Authentic. The taste, aroma, and appearance should match the profile of the tea type.
  3. Safe. The teas must be safe for us to consume and it is our number one consideration. We source from reputable, experienced tea farmers that practice biodynamic or organic farming. Our tea farmers care about their plantation and teas as much as we care about our cup of tea.
  4. Simply Delicious. Before we decide on which teas to source, we went through rounds of tea evaluation using the professional tea evaluation process, the traditional gaiwan process, the western steeping process as well as testing using our Qi Aerista brewer. We need to ensure that the teas that we provide to you will be enjoyed equally well in any method that you would choose.

For our 3 Teas Club, we will ship you 3 new tea types of Chinese teas each month, enough to make 35-40 cups of premium tea. For our 2 Teas Club, we will ship you 2 new tea types of Chinese teas each month, enough to make 24-30 cups of premium tea.

We ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Subsequent monthly deliveries of Tea Club will be shipped to you during the first week of that month.

The teas in our current month's selection will be available for individual order starting the following month. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

If after the discussion, you are still not happy with the tea, we will be happy to send you an extra bag of tea free along with your next month's Tea Club taking in consideration of your preference.

Yes! 5% off if you subscribe for 3 months and 15% off if you subscribe for 6 months.

We are sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription any time before the shipment of your Tea Club. We look forward to serving you again soon.
